I do not like to write about myself because it seems a bit self absorbed, but…. you did click to see more information about me, so I do not want to disappoint you. Here it goes…
This blog is a combination of two other blogs that I have created, but due to time constraints, I couldn’t write as much as I had hoped and both blogs suffered. Now that I have everything in one central place, the blog will be easier to maintain and more interesting for the reader.
Until now, I have written under a pen name, but I feel it is an important time in history and we need to stand up and be counted. I hope that you will stand with me as we build a community of like minded individuals.
I am a Father and husband and have been truly blessed throughout the entirety of my life. As far as I know, I am the first from my entire family to ever attend or graduate college. It didn’t seem like a big deal at the time, but as I get older, I see the significance and think it is pretty cool. Not that I think college is the end all be all, but I did receive a B.A. in Economics, B.S. in Finance, and a Masters degree in Economics.
I have always had an interesting mix of entrepreneurial and analytical spirit along with a creative drive that often seems to be in conflict with the traditional business world. However, the internet is a perfect place to combine my strengths and let me develop into the person I have always been destined to become.
Rather than give a list of accomplishments as to how great I am and why you should listen to me (like a job interview), I’ll give you a glimpse into my personality and let you make your own judgements.

- Days that changed my life: First time I picked up a guitar, First time I saw my wife, days my children were born
- I only read non-fiction books (mostly true… I have of course read Atlas Shrugged)
- I’m still friends with people from childhood and actually enjoyed my high school reunions
- I am a good listener and know that we have two ears and only one mouth for a reason
- a stickler for punctuality
- I enjoy sarcasm and wit
- dislikes the status quo
- likes being the underdog
- goes to Panera Bread daily to drink tea and write
- is a Christian
- weighs the same as I did in high school and college (the weight has shifted a bit!)
- believes we all have an unlimited amount of potential
- loves creativity
- is an EXTREMELY picky eater
- thinks Elvis is the coolest
- is/was a very good bowler (201 average)
- love ping-pong (table tennis for the sticklers)
- shy and quiet, which can be mistaken for smug and arrogant
- is a strong believer in health supplements
- fascinated with Fibonacci numbers
